HÀ NỘI — Former national team midfielder Michael Nguyễn has signed a contract to compete for Thailand’s Air Force Central FC.

Nguyễn is the second Vietnamese player to move to Thailand after Hoàng Vũ Samson moved to defending champions Burian United several months ago. Nguyễn,  二 九, played for former V.League champions Becamex Bình Dương, but he did not find a berth in the senior team.
